INSPECTION
Checking and ensuring that a manufacturer and/or supplier of a certain material fulfils or has fulfilled the requirements of an order
- Verifying that the client approves for studies related to a case
- Verifying and approving all implementation and control documents
- Follow-up of schedule
- Follow-up of manufacturing operations and control in the workshop and on site
- Detection of non-conformities
- Receipt of materials
- Follow-up of tests and acceptance of installations on site
- Verification and approval of the Manufacturer’s file

Penetrant
Checking for superficial defects on products, using white, ultraviolet or fluorescent light techniques.
Penetrant testing is reserved for controlling non-porous materials that are not too rough, hence the importance of the surface condition.
- Wear defects (cracks, etc.)
- Processing defects (porosity, etc.)
